After two years of a totally digital experience we feel so honored by the design community that supported us and came together to celebrate our 5th annual UX Y’all conference.

Where is the conference?
We are excited to welcome our audience back in person at this year's venue, CAM Raleigh located in downtown Raleigh, NC.
Although we are offering an in-person experience we also plan to support those who want to join us virtually via livestream access. Both in-person and virtual attendees will gain access to all conference recordings. Reach out to us at info@uxyall.org with any questions regarding hybrid conference options.
How does the livestream work?
All in-person and livestream ticket types will receive access to the livestream of the event and can watch remotely from anywhere. Links will be shared to registrants via e-mail the day before the conference. Note that our workshop, happy hour and lunchtime will not be a part of the livestream.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes! Most of the talks will be recorded and available to ticket holders after the conference. (Recording is subject to speaker permission.)
What does the ticket price include?
Your ticket gets you access to two days of content, keynote talks, and opportunities to network with other attendees. All speakers, attendees and sponsors are also invited to an exclusive reception after the event as a casual way to unwind and foster relationships within the UX community. Finally, you’ll also see special presentations from our sponsors and have the chance to take home swag and prizes.
What’s the cancellation/refund policy?
You can request a refund until Friday, September 16th. Refunds requested after this date will only be honored if we can fill the seat from our waitlist. Additionally, you can always give your ticket to someone else (i.e., swap your ticket), or donate it.
When will the schedule be posted?
We are currently working hard to put together the best programming possible so please stay tuned as speaker applications are being blind reviewed. Follow us on our newsletter to find out first.
Can I speak at the conference?
Yes! We invite all UX professionals in the North Carolina/Triangle area to submit a session for consideration - the application period closes 20 June 2022.
Do you have any details about sponsorship?
We love our sponsors! Please refer to our sponsorships page for the latest information about establishing your company's presence at our conference. Even if we have not updated it yet for an upcoming conference, our packages remain relatively consistent year to year.
