Sponsor Add-Ons

Sponsors can purchase add-ons as part of a sponsorship package to truly tailor your level of involvement to fit the needs of your organization. Add-ons are available to Silver tier and above unless otherwise noted.

Have your brand featured as the presenting sponsor of a talk or workshop in our main programming. Our team selects the speaker and content — you get the visibility. Includes prominent "Presented by" branding on all session materials and a verbal acknowledgment from our MC.
Bring your own speaker and content to the UX Y'all stage. One talk slot and one workshop slot are available per conference, awarded through a juried selection process. Proposals are reviewed based on content quality, audience fit, and thematic alignment with the conference. Content must be educational and community-focused — thought leadership and topic-driven submissions are strongly encouraged. Applicants are notified of decisions by June 20th, and payment is only due upon selection.
Make your mark during our conference mixer or lunch by sponsoring the event itself. Includes branded signage, a "thank you" acknowledgment to all attendees, and swag placement. Available to Mixer/Lunch tier and above.
Purchase tickets to donate to members of our community who are under-served or under-employed and give them the opportunity to attend. Ticket donation sponsors receive a special thank you during the event. Available to all tiers.
Support our accessibility efforts by sponsoring post-event transcriptions made available to all attendees after the conference. Includes name and logo placement on all transcribed videos and a special thank you during the event.
We welcome donations of software, online tools, books, branded merchandise, and other items to serve as giveaways during the conference. In-kind donors receive name and logo placement across all conference materials. Companies donating physical items are responsible for handling their own shipping logistics.
