Research is a key driver to building a better experience, Right? Then how come so many companies struggle to set up powerful UX Research programs that lead to meaningful product improvements? We will show an example of a UX Research program that contributed to making our app the #1 customer rated, against larger and better resourced competitors. We will highlight the different research programs that all fall under the UX Design umbrella, and show how they impact the greater organization to drive meaningful client improvements. This talk can be used as a blueprint to set up a scalable UX research program for your company.
