How do you convince an epidemiologist that user testing with five people will have real results? How do you sell the ROI of UX to a non-profit board? How do you tell a PhD that their 10,000-word summary of their project will need to be a bulleted list with no more than nine words per line? Our talk will be about our multi-year journey to convince a science-based, international non-profit that they should care about UX. You will learn how we applied UX principles to our quest to sell UX to a non-profit.
