Christy Harper

Christy began her career at Compaq and then HP where she began as a Human Factors Engineer and then became a UX Researcher in keeping with the times. Before leaving HP, she led a team doing UX research that impacted product design and development throughout the lifecycle. After 17 years she opened End to End User Research with a business partner. She is the managing partner of a consultancy which conducts UX research on diverse topics, provides facility rentals and participant recruiting services. She received her BS and MA degrees in Psychology from UHCL where she is a Distinguished Alumni. She currently serves as the Chairperson of the Advisory Board for UHCL’s Applied Human Factors Program and as the President of the Houston chapter of HFES.
