Mark Congiusta is a Senior User Experience Manager at Cisco and has been so for the last 10 years. With previous career stints in advertising, architecture (the building kind), product design, and web development, Mark’s career path has been an interesting one. Managing designers and building teams to effectively execute on a creative vision are what he does best. Delivering great products that customers are thrilled to use is Mark’s passion and instilling that passion into his team is his job. And Mark loves his job. Mark is a native New Yorker (the Brooklyn kind) currently residing in North Carolina for some reason. Mark holds a BA in Industrial Design from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master of Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design to boot.
