Terry Bleizeffer

Terry Bleizeffer is a Design Program Director with IBM’s Cloud, Data, and AI organization, whose team is responsible for driving cross-organizational efforts, including the Design & User Experience (DUX) assessment program, Design Thinking practice, design outreach, and the IBM Persona Toolkit.

Terry began his IBM career designing workstation tools for DB2 on mainframes in Silicon Valley, before transferring to North Carolina in 1999. He has spent most of his career as a design lead for various large enterprise products, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM Workload Deployer, and more. In 2015 he was forced, kicking and screaming, into design management.

Terry enjoys college basketball, video games, pulp fiction, and writing about himself in the third person.
