Breaking Silos for the Optimum User Experience

Track B (Downstairs), Friday 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm

Team collaboration is often more of an illusion than it is a reality. Restructuring of teams as people are promoted, leave the company, or work remotely make it imperative to ensure project cohesion by breaking silos. Alignment goes beyond meeting at the launch meeting; yet, it also doesn’t mean inviting all team members to every meeting. There’s a delicate balance to keep the team connected to present the optimum user experience.

In this session, you’ll learn how to build communication habits and use agile methodology to prevent the failures that cause confusion, extend deadlines, and damage the customer journey. Explore how to bring storytelling, designers, QA, marketing, and project management into the fold to keep users at the forefront.
