La Tosca has been working, officially, as a UX professional for over 10 years. The 12 years prior to this, she was able to culminate a myriad of professions including: technical writer, web designer and administrator, interaction designer, information architect, and technical project manager that feed into her career today. Because of this, she often brands herself as a UX butterfly.
La Tosca found her passion in process and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and started advocating for UX inclusion into the Agile process over 4 years ago. Since then, she has become a Scaled Agile Program Consultant--teaching and coaching agile teams as part of her company's adoption of SAFe continues.
