Proving UX Impact in the Real World: A Practical UX Assessment Framework

UX teams are increasingly expected to prove the impact of their work, especially as AI accelerates experimentation and change. Yet in practice, impact is difficult to assess—launches overlap, attribution is messy, tracking is incomplete, and success varies across stakeholders.
