The GPS of UX: Turning static documentation into real-time navigation

Books are history--documentation is integrated into the app now. Users don’t want 300-page software manuals. They want GPS-like UX: a clear path and context-aware guidance like Jarvis in the Iron Man movies or the computer in Star Trek.

When docs fail, human experts pretend to be Jarvis, manually creating custom content and rogue websites. This is a major UX red flag.

The solution? Tasks, Tasks, Tasks. By merging Jobs to be Done (JTBD) with modular content, we shift from feature-focused manuals to customer workflows.

Learn how to design content chunks that AI can custom-shuffle for unique environments. When you write content based on what humans want to do, you inherently make your words AI-friendly. You turn static text into a real-time navigation system. Jarvis is closer than you think.
